Net, plus VAT, in each case based on the then-current list price or your company license tier. Renewals never run automatically: we send reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry, and you renew with one click from the reminder or here in the form ("Type: Renewal"). If renewed on time, the new term follows on from the old expiry date. Rejoining after expiry: 50% of the list price. Details: GTC Section 6.5.
